I am and currently have been an RF engineer for almost 15 years in the government, state & local, and federal markets. I have designed and installed radio communication systems for Police Departments, Sheriff Offices, Military bases, FBI, and Enterprise entitites across this country and Canada. And I am not a HAM radio enthusiast in my spare time.
I like supporting paranormal research, but only if it's from a scientific and logical point of view. I don't believe in 95% of the evidence that has surfaced on the web over the years because they can be easily dismissed as something else.
I don't believe in orbs or EVP. The reasons are as follows:
1. Orbs - Since you can simulate orbs with dust particles and bugs, you have to immediately dismiss all orbs. I want to see a picture of some sort of light anomaly that can not be simulated easily.
2. EVP - Voice traffic is being transmitted thru the air almost constantly and more frequently then in the past. It is possible that a small electronic digital voice recorder can pick up cellular calls, and VOIP and/or radio transmissions thru the air. EVP's are not being isolated in a controlled environment. And just because a word or phrase on an EVP recording "sounds" like something familiar, it doesn't mean it is.
