I loved this book.  I like how each chapter contains a case and then a follow-up section on more information on the topice covered in that case.  So for instance, if the case was about EVPs, the follow-up section would go into EVPs.  This is very helpful for not only those that are getting started in the paranormal, but also those that are already in the field.  The other interesting note is that none of the case topics are the same.  They range from a incubus to a child apparition to a person that is in two places at once.  I also liked that they even covered cases that they were able to debunk all of the claims and false positives.

All in all a great book.

I give this book 4.5 out of 5 ghosts.
