Paganism is a very very broad subject. All Wiccans are pagans but not all pagans are wiccans. The word pagan comes from old Europe meaning 'country dweller'. It is used to describe those of a polytheistic religion. Think of paganism as a big umbrella and that wiccan/witchcraft, druids, shamans, necromancers, magicians, sages, hindus (though not all hindu consider themselves pagan because of certain ties to how pagans are viewed), and others. However, usually people will commit to one of the r...Read Full Post »

Yesterday I had an interesting discussion on the paranormal and spirits with a person who is of the Muslim faith. That led me to do some research on what we discussed. This past weekend we had an investigation and got to use our Mel-8704 for the first time. We loved it. It has the ability to capture EMF and tempature readings at the same time. The model we have also has a build-in flashlight and vibration sensor. It really is the ultimate tool, with all the key tools that a paranormal investigators needs all in one small package.
We can't wait to use it more.

I'm off to Sedona, AZ tomorrow to see if I can find a vortex and maybe some ghosts. While we are out there, besides hiking, we plan to go to the grand canyon and visit a ghost town, Jerome. We will be there for New Year's Eve, which is a full moon this year. Actually this year it is a blue moon since it's the 2nd one in December. I'm hoping the moon and the vortex show us some spirits as well. I can't wait.

I hope you don't have the holiday blues. If so, try watching some cool paranormal shows to get your spirits up. Some of my favorites are: Ghost Hunters, Ghost Hunter Academy, Ghost Adventures, Paranormal State, Psychic Kids, and Ghost Lab.
Or read a book, such as: Seeking Spirits by Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson or Weird Illinois by Troy Taylor.
Hope it helps. If not post your blues here and maybe ot...Read Full Post »
